Manage Your Data

Deleting your Narratio account is a permanent action. Once deleted, all your associated data will be removed from our systems. This includes your stories, preferences, and any other personal information.

How to Delete Your Account:

• Log in to your Narratio account.
• Navigate to Account Settings in the app.
• Click on "Delete Account".
• Confirm your decision.

Important Considerations:

• Account deletion is irreversible.
• All your stories, preferences, and personal data will be permanently erased.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion process is complete.

If you prefer to remove specific data while keeping your account active, you can do so. This allows you to manage your information without losing your account.

Data You Can Remove Selectively:

• Story history and generated content.
• Saved preferences and customizations.

How to Remove Data:

• Go to Account Settings in the app.
• Click on "Manage Data".
• Select the specific data you want to remove.
• Confirm your decision.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Narratio service and to comply with legal obligations.

Account Deletion: When you delete your account, your data is immediately removed from our active systems. Backups of our databases are kept for 30 days, and data will be removed from backups within that period.

Selective Data Removal: When you request selective data removal, your chosen data will be removed from our active systems immediately.

We take the security of your data seriously. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
